Matthew Piazza

Matthew Piazza is a Managing Partner and co-founder of PDCo Catalyst.  Previously, Matt was the Founder and Managing Partner at Piazza Development Company prior to the merger that formed PDCo Catalyst. Matt's experience encompasses strategic planning, feasibility analysis, budget and schedule development, entitlements and permitting strategy, field management and trade oversight. Matt’s project experience includes a wide spectrum of new construction, complex rehabilitations, interior renovations, historic restoration/preservation and spans the mulit-family residential, condominium, commercial, cultural, financial, and affordable housing market sectors. Matthew holds a B.A. from Fairfield University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Jamie Piazza

Jamie Piazza, Managing Partner and co-founder of PDCo Catalyst, has over 15 years of experience and has managed more than 2 million square feet of construction nationwide. A Partner at Piazza Development Company prior to the merger that formed PDCo Catalyst, he has directed projects in residential, hospitality, cultural, and institutional sectors. His background includes work with Synapse Development Group, Sciame Construction, and Tishman Construction on high-profile, technically complex developments. Jamie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University.

Mark Harari, Partner and co-founder of PDCo Catalyst, brings over four decades of experience as a licensed architect, developer, and construction manager. A co-founder of phbCatalyst Group prior to the merger that formed PDCo Catalyst, he has directed projects across hospitality, commercial, cultural, residential, and institutional markets. Known for his expertise in pre-construction planning, value engineering, and sustainable development, Mark has played a leading role in advancing green building practices nationwide. He has served on the U.S. Green Building Council, the Sustainability Practice Network Board of Directors, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

A co-founder of phbCatalyst Group prior to the merger that formed PDCo Catalyst, he has held senior positions at Bovis Lend Lease, Hilton Hotels, and Warner/Amex, leading complex, high-profile projects for global and institutional clients from initial concept through successful delivery.
