Ground-up, 40,000 SF, homeless shelter and community facility in the Bronx. The project included deep foundation elements and coordination with the MTA, oversaw all facets of project development including construction team selection, construction contract negotiations, GMP negotiation, budget and schedule monitoring and overall construction oversight from the owner’s position as well as consulting for the contractor on construction management.
