Construction Manager for fast track renovation and vertical expansion of a 50,000 SF, 5 star private club that include 15 luxury suites, health spa, jazz club, art gallery, rooftop restaurant/event space, and a Hollywood screening room. A jointly managed project with AntYapi Civic. Painstaking coordination and logistics included removal of a portion of the 90 year old mansard roof to liberate floor area to expand the top (18th) floor foot print for a larger restaurant and expansive terrace. Exiting and elevators had to be vertically expanded to serve the new club. Extensive new mechanical and life safety systems were integrated into the renovated roof scape. All work was successfully accomplished with existing commercial and retail tenants in place $35 Mil Construction Cost.
