100,000 SF condominium conversion project on the Tribeca waterfront included a complex phased demolition program, new foundation and deep foundation elements in a flood zone, new cast-in-place structure and 3 story overbuild while keeping most of the existing structure in place. Oversaw and advised on all facets of project development including project team selection, design development oversight, entitlements, contract negotiations, GMP negotiation, budget and schedule monitoring and overall construction oversight from the owner’s position.
