Lead feasiblity study to expand the iconic property. Comprehensive 5 year Master Plan to renovate and upgrade existing facilities, facade improvements and building systems upgrade.
Oversee expansion plan with city and state agencies to redirect a state highway to expand the site and accommodate new high rise condominium building site.
Concurrent planning and agency approval path to develop 800 underground parking garage to support the expanded master plan development.
Included overseeing the design of a new massive water feature and landscape modifications. 
Phased implementation of facade repair/renewal program of occupied hotel.
