Representative for equity partner on a gut rehabilitation of a 230,000 SF landmarked office building in downtown Manhattan. The project included complete interior demolition and major infrastructure upgrade, elevator upgrade, new lobby and full cellar fitness center and amenity buildout. Worked actively and closely with the operating partner and all consultants and contractors in monitoring budget and schedule for the partnership.
