12,000 SF (Subdivision of 60,000SF Retail Space).
As part of the client’s lease at 350 Madison, they held a 12,000 SF Townhouse that was being underutilized. The project consisted of separating 12,000 SF from the balance of the leased space. This included installing new MEP scope and separating shared services from the 350 Madison space, white boxing of two floors of office, lobby renovation, and relocating tailor shop equipment. This work was performed while the store remained open.
