60,000 SF university club with 39 guest rooms, multiple dining venues, banqueting hall, full new commercial kitchen, health/fitness center, racquetball courts, conferencing facilities and library restoration of the historic 14 story Midtown landmark building on “Clubhouse Row", vertical expansion to add 2.5 stories of programming, full abatement, gut demolition, new substructure and structural upgrades, restoration of the Beaux Arts facade, new MEP and Life Safety Systems.
