Ground-up, 50,000 SF rental building in Morningside Heights. One of the first multi-family rental buildings to achieve Passive House accreditation in NYC, oversaw all facets of construction including GMP negotiation, budget and schedule monitoring and overall construction oversight on behalf of ownership.
