Queens Crossing

Construction Management for pre-construction and construction phases of $70 million, 12-story, 400,000 SF mixed use project comprised of commercial, condominium, retail and community facilities with 2 levels of below grade parking. Assisted the design team in addressing complex deep foundation issues. Participated in developing site safety and traffic coordination, major concerns at this congested downtown site adjoining inter-modal transportation hub. KONE machine roomless elevators pilot program was implemented for acceptance by the NYC Department of Buildings.
