Master planning for the restoration of the 400 acre John D.Rockefeller Estate. Historic Restoration and Adaptive Reuse of the Kykuit Mansion and the Coach Barn Buildings into a new Conference /Retreat facility with public visitation programs, food and beverage facilities and art and historical exhibition spaces. New MEP and Fire/Life Safety Systems incorporated into the historic fabric of the landmark buildings and grounds. State of the art AV, TeleData and security systems. Replacement of variegated slate roof. Replication of period finishes and decorative elements. Oversight of FF&E,OS&E programs.
Phase Two ‘Masterplan included sustainable management of the various meadow, and woodland acreage.
Sustainable plan for the evolution of the reversible 9 hole golf course to manage water usage and sustainable, indigenous ground covers to reduce impacts on the surrounding Hudson River watershed.
